Boulder Brands, Inc. (BDBD) was a US-based natural food company that focused on developing, manufacturing, and marketing healthier food products. The company's products included gluten-free and organic food products, such as bread, baking mixes, frozen meals, and snacks.

Boulder Brands was founded in 2005 and was headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. The company's brands included Udi's Gluten Free, Glutino, Earth Balance, EVOL, and Smart Balance. These products were sold in retail and foodservice channels throughout the United States and internationally.

In 2016, Pinnacle Foods Inc. acquired Boulder Brands for approximately $975 million, with the aim of expanding its presence in the natural and organic food space.

As of February 2023, Boulder Brands, Inc. no longer exists as an independent company and has been merged with Pinnacle Foods, which was subsequently acquired by Conagra Brands. The products that were previously marketed under the Boulder Brands umbrella are now part of Conagra Brands' portfolio, which includes a wide range of food brands.
