About Zynex Inc
Zynex, Inc. and its subsidiaries designed, made and sold electrical stimulation devices to relieve chronic and acute pain and to activate muscles for rehab. Products included NexWave, a dual channel device combining interferential, TENS and NMES therapy, sold to doctors and therapists by field reps; NeuroMove, combining electromyography and stimulation; InWave for female urinary incontinence; and the E-Wave and M-Wave NMES devices.
It also supplied private-label electrodes and batteries for electrotherapy, and distributed Comfortrac/Saunders cervical traction, JetStream hot/cold therapy, LSO back braces, knee and wrist braces, and Dynacomp cold compression. In monitoring, it developed the CM-1500 and wireless CM-1600 fluid monitoring systems, the NiCO CO-Oximeter and the HemeOx tHb Oximeter.
Its products served pain management, stroke and spinal cord injury rehab, and fluid and pulse oximetry monitoring, sold mainly in the U.S. by its own sales force. Founded in 1996 and based in Englewood, Colorado, the company and its affiliates filed for Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas on December 15, 2025.
Its stock was delisted from the Nasdaq in February 2026, with a last trade on February 24, 2026 at $0.09.
