SatixFy Communications Ltd. supplied vertically integrated satellite communication systems and ground terminal chips worldwide. It made application-specific and RF chips, PRIME and BEAT modem and antenna chips for multi-beamforming and beam-hopping, and SX-4000 payload chips for digital on-board processing, beam-hopping, and positioning, navigation and timing in LEO, MEO and GEO systems.
Its modem modules included S-IDU, a VSAT modem that supports beam-hopping, and ESMA for fixed and mobile links with Ku-band LEO, MEO and GEO satellites. It also offered the Onyx IFC terminal for small and mid-size aircraft, Aero/IFC terminals for broadband on commercial and private flights, and ground terminals for fixed and mobile broadband.
Customers included satellite operators, airlines, satellite system makers and other connectivity providers. Incorporated in 2012 and based in Rehovot, Israel, the company was delisted from the NYSE American in July 2025, with a final trade on July 1, 2025 at $2.96.
