Innovator Gradient Tactical Rotation Strategy ETF (IGTR)

The Innovator Gradient Tactical Rotation Strategy ETF was an actively managed exchange-traded fund that moved its assets among global stock markets and cash based on momentum signals. It used a rules-based process tied to the S&P Global BMI, a broad global equity index, to decide when to favor US stocks, international stocks or a defensive cash position.

The fund began trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker IGTR on November 17, 2022. It was sponsored by Innovator Capital Management, an Illinois firm best known for its defined outcome or buffer ETFs, and it charged an expense ratio of 0.80 percent. The fund was aimed at investors who wanted a single holding that could move between global markets and defensive positions without having to make those decisions themselves.

In June 2026 Innovator announced that it would liquidate two of its ETFs, IGTR and the Innovator Hedged Nasdaq-100 ETF (QHDG). IGTR's last day of trading was July 10, 2026, after which it was delisted, and shareholders who still held shares received a cash payment equal to the fund's net asset value on or about July 15, 2026. The notice did not give a reason for the closures.
