Innovator S&P 500 Buffer ETF - March logo

The BMAR - Innovator S&P 500 Buffer ETF Mar is an exchange-traded fund that tracks the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Price Index. The fund is managed by Innovator Capital Management and seeks to provide investors with buffered exposure to the S&P 500 Price Index.

The ETF has a unique structure in that it offers a buffer against the first 15% of losses incurred by the S&P 500 during a one-year period, subject to a cap. The cap for the BMAR ETF is currently set at 10.16% as of March 23, 2023, which means that if the S&P 500 experiences a loss of greater than 15% during a one-year period, the ETF would lose value on a 1-to-1 basis with the index. However, if the S&P 500 experiences a loss of less than 15%, the ETF's buffer will protect investors from losses up to 15%.

As of March 23, 2023, the ETF had a total net asset value of $65.2 million and an expense ratio of 0.79%. The ETF was launched on January 14, 2022, and is relatively new to the market.

Investors who are bullish on the S&P 500 and want to participate in the potential upside of the index while protecting themselves against downside risk may find the BMAR ETF an attractive investment option. However, it is important to note that this ETF may not be suitable for all investors and that past performance is not indicative of future results. As with any investment, it is recommended that investors carefully review the prospectus and consult with a financial advisor before
