The iShares Edge MSCI International Value Factor ETF is an investment vehicle designed to provide exposure to international equities with a focus on value characteristics. The remaining 20% of the fund’s assets may be invested in various financial instruments such as futures, options, and swap contracts, as well as cash and cash equivalents. This allocation provides flexibility in managing liquidity and executing investment strategies, while also allowing for investments in securities not included in the index. This diversification helps mitigate risk and enhances the fund's ability to capture value opportunities across global markets.
